Not everybody likes a serenade

Our St. Hubert's hound is certainly growing up true to her breed. Whenever another dog makes the slightest sound anywhere in our neighborhood, she answers back with a deep and joyful BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! is pretty much her response to every situation:

People walking on the public road on one side of our yard, BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

Rose munching deer, BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

Raccoons, BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

Slight changes in cloud patterns, BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

The problem is, our neighbors (well, some of them) are not "dog" people, and when they walk down our private road on the other side of our yard to complain about our new dog going BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! , it causes an almost unstoppable ecstacy of BAAH ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! -ing.

I put my dogs to bed at 10:00 pm now, but what are my other duties to my neighbors? For instance, can they demand that my dogs are quiet during the day?
