All of those food pictures were making my stomach rumble...all except for the ones that looked a little too close to insect carapace, those not so much.
We had a chance to see the "Human Body" exhibit while in Sacramento, and it was astounding! Of course, it looks as though the exhibit you were at was much more extensive. The circulatory system exhibits are beautiful and surreal. It reminds me of some of the seaweed that I find washed up on shore up here in NW Washington.
My wife and I were in China in 2000-1, when she was a guest artist there. It's fun to see your pictures, which bring back a lot of memories.
Does the lady in photo 11 of this set have any idea what that hand gesture means in Britain? :)
